Enky Tsolmon

Enky provides advisory and Controllership services and specializes in establishing accounting infrastructure needed for businesses to thrive and be ready for what's next: whether it's fundraising, first time audit, due diligence or M&A. Her career spans companies of different sizes and industries such as software, technology, government contracting and public accounting. She understands that a small technology company run by PhD graduates will behave differently and will have different needs than an outsourced call center with thousands of employees with seasonal turnover.

Prior to founding Bridge Street Group, Enky worked at Pangiam as a Controller and successfully led the company through a first-time audit, multiple due diligence efforts and an eventual sale to BigBear.ai.  Enky is a Virginia CPA.
