Dave Reissfelder

Dave has multi-year experience as a CEO, strategic CFO and operator focused on maximizing enterprise value through astute capital allocation, smart and creative fundraising and building successful businesses.  His career spans venture backed startups to large, multinational organizations and he has worked in technology environments across a range of industries, including telecommunications, med tech, aviation security, government contracting and IT services.  Prior to founding Bridge Street Group, he was the EVP & CFO of Pangiam, a developer of AI and biometric technologies designed to enhance security and safety in various sectors such as trade, travel, and digital identity.  Before Pangiam, he was the CEO of Freedom Innovations, where he led the turnaround of the global medical device business and successful exit.  He has helped create significant shareholder value through a number of successful exits at Pangiam (acquired by BigBear.ai), Bionx Medical (acquired by Ottobock), Reveal Imaging (acquired by SAIC), and Omnia communications (acquired by Ciena).  Dave began his career in public accounting with Pannell Kerr Forster and is a Massachusetts CPA.
